    • Read all documents provided (including the Certificate of Motor Insurance, Policy Schedule, and Terms of Insurance)

    • Raise any errors or omissions with us or your insurer immediately

    C. Legal Compliance

    You are responsible for:

    • Holding a valid UK driving licence appropriate for the vehicle covered
    • Ensuring your vehicle is roadworthy, taxed, and has a valid MOT (if required)
    • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Road Traffic Act 1988
    • Notifying the DVLA of any changes to your health or driving eligibility that may affect your licence

    We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
